The workshop experience
Coaches, consultants and leaders gather in a confidential environment to explore and resolve pressing business issues, organisational challenges and leadership questions.
Explored through constellations, a facilitated process through which complexity is simplified, hidden dynamics disentangled and fresh solutions revealed, each resolution is set in the wider context of the business. These workshops offer an opportunity to experience the natural balancing forces which influence organisational health and apply them to current challenges, supporting lasting resolution. A constellation creates a ‘living map’ that illuminates the hidden dynamics in organisational life to reveal hidden resources that can resolve the most demanding or stuck business, coaching or leadership issues.
 
            The workshops provide opportunities to explore a wide range of issues for:
How can we move from this stuckness? How to structure the team? Which strategic choice to make? How to help a new person join well? Why is there resistance to change? How to settle the hierarchy? How to resolve this conflict? How to make this business successful? What’s my best ‘place’ with this client? How to support resolution for their team issues? How to illuminate the roots of their conflict? How to help resolution of their stuckness? What’s the issue around succession here? How to support organisational health?
